Fair Share Trust for Donnington and Donnington Wood
The Donnington and Donnington Wood areas of Telford were identified by the Big Lottery as areas that had not received their 'fair share' of lottery money.
In response to this over £800,000 was allocated for projects in Donnington over a period of 10 years.
Local residents and people involved in community life identify their local problem areas and propose appropriate solutions by 'bottom-up' rather than 'top-down' intervention.
Fair Share Trust grants are awarded under the headings of :
Community Safety, Housing and the Environment
Children and Young People
Widening Access
Healthy Communities
