Community Foundation Grants
The foundation distributes small grants from several funding programmes which includes grants from other agencies as well as the Foundation's own funds.
To keep things simple, groups are invited to complete a single application form to apply for the following programmes:
- Care in the Community
- Telford & Wrekin Children and Young People's Fund
- Community Foundation Grants
- Comic Relief Grants
To apply for a grant from these funds please download and read the Application Guidelines and the Criteria for each fund.
There are two application forms - one for Comic Relief and one for other Community Foundation grants. Please download and complete the appropriate form and return it to us with the supporting documentation.
