The Community Foundation aims to create a culture of giving that will change people's lives.

Our grants are used to enhance the quality of life for people in our communities. Keeping fit and active, exploring the local environment, taking part in community events and making new friends all help to relieve the social isolation of the vulnerable or disadvantaged members of our community.
The photos below were taken at a variety of projects that we have funded over the last year or so.
